I offer Hellerwork Structural Integration. This eleven-session series releases tension throughout the body with deep connective tissue bodywork. As patterns of tension are released, new postures, movement, and ways of being become accessible. Clients often report a sense of ease, freedom, and vitality after this work. I bring curiosity, systems thinking, and heart to every session.
